1. B2B Returns Processing

AB Pharmacy coordinates stock returns strictly on scheduled market delivery days. Since all products are pharmaceutical grade, returns undergo rigorous compliance review at our Shibchar warehouse to ensure they have not been compromised.

2. Near-Expiry Medicine Returns

Slow-moving tablet boxes, syrups, or capsule strips can be returned for account credit, provided:

The return request is logged at least 3 months prior to the printed expiration date.
The packaging is complete, clean, and has not been written on or labeled by your store.
The batch numbers match the original invoice records.

Important Notice: Medicines that have already reached their expiration date cannot be accepted for return or credit due to strict manufacturer and regulatory policies. Please monitor your inventory levels proactively.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, clinical integrity, and legal compliance, the following items are strictly non-returnable once delivered:

Cold-Chain Products (e.g., insulins, vaccines, biotech vials)
Special Order Imports
Loose or single tablet sheets stripped out of box packaging

4. How to Process a Return

1.Log Request: Navigate to Account → Returns on your dashboard, select the order/item, enter the quantity, and state the reason.
2.Prepare Packaging: Place returned medicines inside a clean box with a printout of the return authorization slip.
3.Driver Handover: Hand the packages to our logistics representative when they deliver your next scheduled order.
4.Credit Adjustment: Once verified at our Shibchar warehouse, the credit is added directly to your account balance.
